Just had my TSC and I wasn’t able to get all my Disclosures filed in time and so the Judge is not allowing me to present anything at trial other than an updated Income and Expenses form. Now my STBXW has control of the psychotic narrative she is spinning and presenting in court. Since the TSC, she has increased her false accusations against me and puts them on record via our parent communication app. We have a mandatory mediation however feel my STBXW will not agree to anything so we move forward to the trial where she can spin anything to the judge i.e. make me look like a bad father and take my custody etc

What can I do at this point? If I hire counsel, can something be done to where they allow for my lawyer to enter discovery for trial? Can I motion to change the judge? Am I flat out screwed? Anyone with a similar situation, I’d love to hear your insight.
