All they want is for folks to retain them without giving some indication about how much the process is probably going to cost.

I just want a no contest divorce and have the lawyer write up the divorce agreement. In my situation, the agreement would state the terms of the divorce and those terms would be in my favor (According to the lawyer) since a contested divorce would result in no alimony, a split of assets in my favor and 50/50 custody. She couldn't even tell me how much that would cost even though it would be a well-defined, time limited task with nobody influencing its length except me.

Looking for a good divorce attorney who doesn't beat around the bush (need to know ballpark cost figure) and who can get the agreement drafted quickly. Must be in the Atlanta area, preferably around John's Creek. Should probably be a man instead of a woman. I just have this feeling that a female lawyer at some level will sympathize with a woman going through a divorce. I need someone who is definitely on my side when it comes to the legal stuff and when it comes to empathy.
