Can you get your marriage annulled? If not document absolutely everything. Take screenshots of all text messages, hide a voice activated sound recorder in your room and your car etc. Get evidence of the domestic abuse and then file for divorce. If she tries to frame you for anything you can show your evidence of domestic abuse. Obviously get a local lawyers opinion on this issue and check wire tapping in private property laws in India

As bad as the situation is here it's probably 10x worse there. Typically the best part of third world countries is the lack of feminist delusions and misandrist laws but it sounds like India is one of those oofy doofy countries with low rates of development but also extreme misandry in its court systems.

I've met many indian women here and they seem entitled with a princess syndrome and are for the large part unattractive. They also appear to have bland personalities. I feel for any Indian man that falls into the marriage trap.

Marriage is just a legally binding contract. if there is no benefit to that bind, I seriously don’t see why people still do it.
