First of all that’s one incident and second of all how is that misogynistic and show that the entire organization is misogynistic. He was never even said to be of a high rank within the organization meaning he was probably relatively new and also, if anything, the organization is misandristic.

The idea of equality sounds good. I think the best way to go about it would be to create neutrality rather than the shifting of power.

Dealing out restrictions and handicaps based gender is in itself sexist, so I don't know how being sexist will solve sexism (Seems as ludicrous as the KKK being the solution to racism)

Just like with most women they are always given the easiest task at work….they should have her rooting out violence against men that way she’ll be working 40 hours a week.
