Going through the divorce process while living together is going horrible. To add some context, I am 45 and my wife is 41 and we have two kids M20 and F11 leaving in Miami, Fl. I started the process this March and I am sleeping in my daughter's room. She had an affair for almost a year and a half, and I have been trying to get us better for the past two years. I decided to go through the divorce even though she didn't want it. However, it's clear she doesn't love me anymore. It has been very difficult for me to live here. However, my attorney recommended it at least for the short term; otherwise, I will be paying for two houses and she can file for abandonment and ask for child support. I can't stand it. It's hard for me as well as for my kids. I try to avoid her at all costs but because of the kids, it's hard at times. We had a huge blowout because she wanted to go out with the kids during the whole weekend, even though we both agreed for her to go out with the kids on Saturday and I could have them on Sunday. It's horrible and she tends to argue when the kids are present. How do you manage this?
