Well, this is the judiciary's business model to make money for judges and lawyers. You provide all the incentives for one of the party, free money (alimony), child support, custody, etc. Who on earth would not go to court with this bias. And it is clear from research that shared parenting is in the best interest of the child. You have a summary here:

Look at germany. Here the kids go where they get the better life. A big focus is on not pulling the kids out of their social structure for example? So who ever owns (and stays) in the former home has an advantage. If the kids are older than 14 they decide themself.

The reason for this is our "Grundgesetz" (aka constitution/bill of rights) don't allow a different treatment based on gender in any kind which means both parties are treated equally in other aspects (like divorce or sexual assault) too.

So yes. I believe it will get better for u (we are currently working in spreading this in the eu). It has to start somewhere but justice normally spreads by itself. People just have to realize it's a possibility.

Men will have as much custody women allow them to have...not more...not less. The last 300 years has seen a monumental shift in power in favor of women. The same way chimpansees made the transition to bonobo after a earthquake /river detour removed all natural enemies and gave them a unlimited supply of food. Homo sapiens females are making the same transition. Height does not give power. The one that can program kids can shape society anyway they want and gain control. We already went to the stages : breakdown of extended family living in the same house. After the nuclear family was under the control of women, women went for the custody. After they had a solid grip on the custody rules, they went for the marriage institute and made divorce acceptable. Taxes were created and redistribution towards women made acceptable and normal. Then they broken down fatherhood with single motherhood. At the same time women introduced the sexual revolution and clueless men followed. Last 30 years were used to breakdown education for men with end game to take over the economy and exclude males from independence. There is no end to this.

speaking from personal experience growing up in a 'mother only custody' (of both myself and my older brother), i wish i can tell you that it's not 100% false, but sadly that would be a huge fucking lie. yeah, it was "okay" but some of the stuff that she did; like, constantly talks shit about bio-dad being abusive even though he never was (and then after the divorce she ended up dating a guy that was "wayyy too friendly" towards me when i was 5-12 years old when i told mom what he was doing to me but she never believed it then married the bastard 10years later), treated my older brother slightly harsher cuz he looks like our bio-dad, tries to get a bigger allomone check, etc... that shit is real and despite my mom and i being on "okay" terms... i still hold a fucking grudge against her for how my brother and i were treated growing up

This issue is just one example feminist success. Destruction of the family unit and the utter degradation of men is essential to end western civilization. Feminism == marxism/communism. Progressive marxist Liberals are leading the charge against strong independent countries and families. Foe a man , the only sensible and the safest choice is MGTOW. My brother divorced and it was 50/50 custody. It was worked out with his ex. Have these conversations before you get married, or vote at the state level.

I’ve heard anecdotes of fathers filling kids heads with nonsense about mothers too. And to be honest, men do it to themselves, largely. There are not blanket custody laws in need of reform but over the past couple decades there have been large changes, mostly because of the way that women work outside the home, meaning, they travel more often. And the way that men worked previously had a lot to do with why they didn’t receive full custody, working really late hours traveling often and sometimes at the drop of a hat are all reasons for a child to be placed with a parent that is more often in one place or that is more often willing to let their careers take a backseat and prioritize the children. Women are often the primary caregivers to children despite working full time as well. In most states, nowadays, they strive to have a fifty/fifty custody arrangement, eventually. You were also forgetting that desire plays a role peoples personal custody arrangements are typically done by mediation and both parents agree to them.

Family Court has changed drastically in the past decade. You also have to understand when it comes to custody, child support, alimony that equity is the goal.

I can't speak for every judge but from the lawyers I've talked to, most fathers can get at least joint 50/50 custody if they are willing to go to court for it. A lot of guy don't have the money for court expenses and if you didn't set up 50/50 custody to begin with it can be tricky.

Legal bias is an important issue but let’s not overstate it’s relevance in areas, all you’re doing is devaluing and distracting from the more concrete examples

And more importantly lets not withhold some information just to convey a misleading message

The family court disparity is really less of a legal issue and more of a social issue, where men, historically and now, are being dissuaded from more active roles in the lives of their kids

Courts will follow culture on this. Judges are elected for all but their first terms in most jurisdictions, and this is civil law. If they like their job, then they will lean towards the local sensibilities.
