It’s crazy how fast this cultural phenomenon happened and please tell me I’m not crazy for experiencing this aswell.

As you know the average American continues to get fatter as the years go on. 5 years ago I remember fitness being trendy and cool on Instagram. Ever since TikTok came out there has been this push for fat acceptance and now in my real day everyday life it seems like I get fit shamed for being the most in shape around everyone. I’m not even that fit, the average person is just so out of shape I get hanged up on a passive aggressively discriminated. People I meet assume I’m shallow until I prove my humbleness.

Anyone else have stories to back up this new shift in culture?
