I thought these men were anxious attached but turns out they are more anxious avoidant aka disorganized attachment.

In the beginning they show the anxious side (wanting to please; doing everything, putting others before themselves, etc)

Then when they don’t get what they want they switch on the avoidant (push away, take away attention, call people who reject them names, say they don’t need a women)

With the above in mind it’s clear why soo much Mano dating advice is geared to becoming more avoidant attached than disorganized or anxious attached because they think the anxious attached is the only part that is the problem.
