Hey Wanted to check for recommendations or to see how screwed I am.

Facts: - Stxw and I married 7y in California - I had (few) stocks from before moving but idiot me did not sign prenup and they vested after marriage - Paid for her for first 2 years until i was able to get her a good job and then we split expenses 60-40 -I acumulated stock worth 200k ( that i was saving for future house) while she might have got maybe 30k - No kids (luckily) and no properties but my salary is 1.5x hers - Only debt is 27k of car -Both 401k have some contributions but not sustantial

If by community property we combine lets say 400k, is she entitled to almost 200k mostly coming from me?

She said she wants amicqble divorce and be willing to “keep only what she made”

-Is postnup still an option? -Should i try to go mediator way to save $$$$ on expensive litigation - is it an option to quit my job and move back to my country of origin?

Ps- Yes, I made lot of bad financial decisions and I realize how financially unsavvy i’ve been and not signing prenup will cost me
