Daugher finishes school I'm bumming it in Mexico, Panama, maybe S America. One way trip as far as I'm concerned. Coulda retired early with the wife and family and traveled all over. She wanted a divorce. Ok thanks.

I will be able to retire in the countryside on an acreage. My ex never wanted to leave the city. It was a blessing in disguise because if I ended up there, I would have had to sell it in the divorce.

Im looking forward to it, although it's a little ways off yet. 10-year plan once my daughter finishes school.

Getting some strange..
Getting a nice pad in a highrise downtown with a pool so my boy can go swimming during us time with me.
Changing my lifestyle from a suburban homeowner to a urban renter.

Pretty simple stuff, although bumming it in Mexico sounds pretty nice. Wish I had the cash for that.

After divorce I:

got the first pet I've had since getting married in the first place. Wanted one for so long, ex-wife never let me have one.
Finally got up-to-date gaming hardware. Ex-wife hated that I played video games and I had to sneak around about doing it. Now I can do it openly.
Put up pictures. Ex-wife was a total bitch perfectionist and would never let me hear the end of how whatever I hung up was just a little bit crooked or not aligned absolutely perfectly or not lined up with the other pictures, but then she wouldn't do it herself. Up yours, woman, I've got a decorated house.
Can parent my kids the way I think they should be parented, with almost no yelling and with total encouragement.
Went bowling every other week with a friend. I had been so totally isolated and it was awesome to be connected to other people again.

I bought my first apartment and am living alone for the first time in my life. Also, first time too without a car, I drive since I was 18. Lots of changes, most of them big, some little, but a whole lot of them.

I'm now dealing better with them, but at the beginning of it all I was simply overwhelmed.

"Grieved" with a bunch of younger, better looking women 10-15 years younger than my ex. Apparently they like DILFS

So then after some rest and recuperation, I found a way to make 2.5 times what I was pre-divorce and am now in a more serious relationship with a complete knockout, and tight college body. We like vacations, shes a 2nd grade teacher so fits well with my three boys. If the principal only knew the things I do to the 2nd grade teacher
