Go in person to the office, with a box of chocolate for the staff. Be friendly and kindly ask to speak to the office manager. Explain the situation, and ask how more than one email address can be specified. Or if you can get text alerts. Or an actual phone call. Be sure to thank the staff. You are the reasonable one here, and the staff will understand that if you treat them with respect.

Mine plays this game. Switches the appointment last minute and brings her BF instead of me.

About all I can offer is putting the requirement to inform into a parenting plan.

These hoes be crazy. You need to start to complete disconnect ALL entanglements. Make new email if needed, create all new accounts. Your medical groups need to make new accounts for you separate from the STBX. I created new bank accounts, had 100% of my check direct deposited to the my account, and then transferred to the joint account what she needed (and later court ordered for temporary support) to her to use. This documents a nice clear break too. So when she created new debts it was clear that was 100% her.

Cancelling your appoints is pretty petty and childish. Sorry this is happening, because it means she's going to be even more difficult going forward. Good luck and stay safe....

At this point you need to take control over everything that affects you if you can.

I had to close down all credit card accounts which she was on and open new ones without her. Did the same with bank accounts. Close the accounts and had the bank issue cashiers checks to each of us for half of the balance each. I considered switching banks as well.

You know she is mentally not your wife anymore. She is not your friend or your mother too.

If the doctor’s office will not treat you separate and apart from your wife get another doctor and tell the doctor why. You don’t need the aggravation.

Your contact should be limited to issues related to the children and sending agreed to or ordered checks. Keep good records.

Have it written into the parenting plan that she must put all appointments and changes into the mandated coparenting app. Petition that she is using this as an attempt at parental alienation.
