My friend, let's call him D, is possibly the strongest, most wonderful person I have ever met. I feel closer to him than I have ever felt to any other person.

One of our coworkers has been trying to set him up with her roommate (who we will call C). He keeps denying C's advances and telling her he had no interest in seeing her.

Last night he went out with a few friends from work, and it turns out our coworker invited C to come along. Now D is a strong guy. He is not a light weight in any way, he is extremely muscular, and every time I have gone drinking with him he has to drink quite a few drinks before he would even become slightly intoxicated.

D was texting me while he was at the party, talking about how he was trying to avoid C but she kept talking to him and handing him drinks. Suddenly, around 11:30, only 30 minutes after he had gotten to the party, he stopped responding to me. This morning I get a text from him saying "I don't remember much from last night, but I just woke up next to C." This terrified me, and I started asking him questions. He said the night before he had had two shots before C handed him a drink, and then he blacked out. I am a small girl and two shots and a drink would not even get me drunk. D says he did not see C when she made the drink for him. Then he woke up to her in the morning, and when he asked her if they had sex, she said yes. He remembers none of this.

He talked to some friends who were there and they told him that C had continued to give D drinks and convince him to start kissing her. She had been the one pulling him back to her place. C's roommate even said that C had been planning on convincing D to have sex with her, and her roommate told her not to and to respect that D was not attracted to her.

This is rape. There is no other way to look at it. Even if C didn't slip something into the drink that she gave D (which I am almost positive she did) she still purposely got him drunk with the intention of getting him to have sex with her. This girl raped the nicest, more compassionate man I have ever met, a man that means the world to me. I would like nothing more than to drive over there and rip her hair out one small chunk at a time. I was assaulted in almost the same way a year ago, and I cant even imagine what D is going through. He seems ashamed, and I think he is embarrassed to say that he, a built black man, was assaulted by a small white girl. I just don't know what to do. Sorry for the wall of text, but I am just at a loss of how to help my best friend in this situation.

TL;DR- Best friend was (possibly) drugged and (definitely) raped by a girl at a party last night, and I don't know what I should do right now.

Edit: Thank you all who gave me advice. I talked to him about what he wanted to do and he said he wanted to forget about it, stay away from C, and move on. I am not happy with this, I would rather him at least get a restraining order on her, but I can't make that decision for him. So now we are talking about him coming to visit my school and stay with me for a while as he sorts things out in his mind. Hopefully he won't have too many obstacles keeping him from getting through this.

To all of you who think this is a troll post, I can't control what you think, but I came to this subreddit hoping to find some advice from men who believe men can be victims and can give some intelligent advice on the topic. However, it seems like many of you just come here to hate on women, and that is disappointing because there are many aspects of our current law and society that detriment men that need to be worked on. Hating on all women will do nothing for the men's rights cause.

For those who think I am a "fat friend zoned sex obsessed cunt" I have been seeing D for a few months now. We agreed neither of us wanted to be in a serious relationship, but we still have been seeing each other. Yes, I have slept with him, and yes this did hurt me personally, but I am more interested in helping him get through this than any feelings I may have. And yes, I trust him that this isn't a lie.

Thanks again to the people who gave me advice. Setting my biased opinions aside, I will never know if he was drugged so I will never know if it was really rape. But I would like to say, even if you don't consider manipulating someone with alcohol to have sec with you rape, it is still an awful thing to do, so please don't do it.
