Given the disgustingly sanitised account of the facts in the reddit post entitled "Woman gets life sentence for making 13-year-old boy touch her breasts; Lawyer cries, says the law was never intended for people like her", I thought it was important to post the facts to support the boy this sick and predatory woman has violated and scarred for life (you know, the men and boys that the MRM is supposed to be primarily concerned with in cases like this).

The Supreme Court affirmed the conviction of Michelle Taylor, a Jackpot woman convicted of lewdness with a minor. The case went to the Supreme Court in mid-October, at which time Taylor’s defense argued a life sentence for “asking a boy to have sex with her” was “cruel and unusual punishment.” Prosecutor Chad Thompson argued the statute calls for a 10-year minimum with a possible life sentence with the possibility of parole. Thompson, in his argument to the justices, said there was skin-to-skin contact between the boy’s hand and Taylor’s breast. He also said Taylor tried to remove the boy’s clothing and demanded he have sex with her, rather than requested it. Taylor’s defense had sought a review of the evidence in the case; not a re-trial or review of sentencing. However, the viability of the evidence would have had an impact on the trial’s outcome. According to court records, Taylor was arrested for lewdness in February 2008 after the 13-year-old boy’s mother told sheriff’s deputies that Taylor had tried to have sex with her son.

So in other words, contrary to the original story, it wasn't a life sentence for her 'just making him touch her breasts'; it was an outright case of attempted child rape - which as of this appeal, Ms Taylor was still unrepentant for.

So to all those who were so quick to decide there was no need to investigate the full facts of the case for the sake of a boy who has been sexually violated and scarred for life; to all those who were so quick to pretend that this was r/whiteknight instead of r/mensrights by railing in horror at a female pedophile getting a 10 year non-parole period for an act most people would be demanding life imprisonment for if the roles were reversed; to all those who were so quick to default to tradcon disposable-masculine thinking and disregard both the fact that the victim was a child because they were a male and the long term psychological scars he will endure; congratulations.

You have all contributed to what can only be describes as one of the darkest and anti-men's rights incidents in the history of this subreddit. I hope all you're proud of yourselves.

EDIT: For those who continue to engage in blatant misandry and claim that any notion that the boy has been deeply scarred and traumatised by this (or that she was never offered a lesser sentence), need to pull their heads out of their backsides and take note of this:

Woodbury says Taylor did not want to negotiate a plea deal because she did not want to have to register as a sex offender.

Woodbury says Taylor felt her life would be over if she had to register (as a sex offender) so it wouldn't matter what she was convicted of.

Woodbury says while it might be some adolescent male's fantasy to have sex with a woman, in this case it was a traumatic event. The child has needed, and continues to receive therapy.

The lady, previously convicted of felony theft, invited the 13 yr old and his 8yr old brother to her home with the promise of playing video games on a PS3. Their Mom (a co-worker) dropped them off, and the lady sat them down to watch TV and then went to her bedroom. The 13 came looking for her to see where the PS3 was. She told him to come in and shut the door, and so he did. Then she pushed him on the bed. straddled him, and removed some of her clothes. She started kissin him and asked him to have sex with her. He said no. She then grabbed his hands and directed him to fondle her. At some point, the 8 yr old cracked the door open to figure out where his brother was, and witnessed the accused straddling his brother in a state of partial undress. The Mom returned for her kids and caught the lady on top of her son, where she promptly removed her children.
