Wife is moving out with daughter (18m) and will do everything in her power to keep me from seeing and having our daughter overnight. We do not currently have a temporary parenting plan in place as the only one she has offered, my lawyer suggested saying no to as he thinks the court would offer me something better (as I have a previous child I have a good parenting plan with and shown a history of being a good father) if we were to ask for temporary plans.

Come tomorrow when my wife moves out and I get our child on some days, I am planning on keeping her overnight. As a parent, I have that right, correct? I know her mom with throw a fit and potentially come over and cause a big scene at bedtime, potentially even calling the police. I am just curious what my right are.. Our daughter is 18m. Her mom recently started nursing her again but just as a means to use it in court. She 100% has gone whole days without her milk and eats solids great. I have extra breast milk stored if it were needed. We are in Indiana.

I definitely have asked my lawyer this, but he is sometimes slow to respond and this situation will occur tomorrow.

edit: she is controlling, high-conflict, and a persistent blamer - hence why I expect her to blow up.
