def most important to set the tone/foundation imo is never tell men about your trauma ever!!! it sets you up to be viewed like a victim unfortunately it's not dishonoring your trauma to keep it private it's self protection. also i listen to a podcast where the host refers to himself as a 'peak performance coach' i think that's what i would do/use! maybe even for real ha

If you moved for work you’re entire focus for the first few months should be to develop a strong network of friends before attempting to date. Easier said then done I know, but if your man is your only support system, you’re...not gunna have a good time for all the reasons brilliantly explained in this post.

I openly text my secretary his name, our location, his phone number and any other info i have on him....right in front of him. She periodically would text me during the date to make sure i was ok. I either tell them im.doing this, or tell them when i ask. Ill even show him the texts so he.knowa im not fucking around. Lol. Ill even "joke" that my sevretsry needs to know im not locked in his trunk and will text her and show him her witty response.

Then i talk about how awesome my dad and brothers are and how we all hang out and do thibgs and how tight im with my family. Yes, it matters to scrotes that other MALES are on my side. Scares them.

This is great advice. I’m pretty introverted in public so outside looking in, it appears as if I’m terribly shy and don’t have a lot of friends since I prefer to eat alone. I used to be honest about my wish to be alone and then I realized this is a way for them to sap up your time and attention because they won’t take your hobbies or loved ones seriously afterwards.

Big ooft. My girlfriend gave me a pandora bracelet for my birthday, other friends send me packages and one mate who sent me a bouquet of flowers from the middle east. I wasn't expecting it. I didn't ask for it. I just have good friends.

You best bet I ran off a scrote recently who thought I was too happy/secure to fuck with. He probably also thought I want nice things. He would be correct.
