If we're using equality of outcome as our ideal, Austria leads, not Finland. Austria sits right at about 50%. To claim Finland is leading at equality when there are more women than men proves the female supremacist mentality.

Looks to me like Austria is actually leading the way. A more fitting chart would have the y axis sitting at 50% and then you could see how far away the country is from equality.
