She also said this in her video about this whole situation:

"I'm looking for a partner again now. The boy got smart, but I hope he at least enjoyed himself," she laughed.

I'm sure if a man had said this, he'd be called a creep and a child predator for saying, "I hope he at least enjoyed himself", and wanting to hook up with fans again.

[–]AdderallToMeth[S] 15 points16 points17 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly. I find it creepy from her but obviously most people don't feel the same way.

[–]Ftpiercecracker1 29 points30 points31 points 3 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

This was a reward? Seems more like a punishment.

[–]eclipsek20 8 points9 points10 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Might be fake and used a bait to get other under 18s to sign up for her bs

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I don't think you read the article.

[–]Ahielia 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Just looked at the picture.

[–]Ftpiercecracker1 -3 points-2 points-1 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I did not. What does it say? Does the title misrepresent the article?

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Does the title misrepresent the article?

It absolutely does.

There was no rape to report.

She did not know his age and he was above the age of consent for sex in Italy just not for porn distribution.....so she cannot make the porn available as she planned.

That's it. The OP is a liar.

[+]wakelessparabol 40 points41 points42 points 3 years ago* (39 children) | Copy Link

As fucked up as it is, 14 is the age of consent in Italy.

[–]gprime 8 points9 points10 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

While true, this would nonetheless be CP under Italian law.

[–]Sininenn 34 points35 points36 points 3 years ago (24 children) | Copy Link

Many European countries have age of consent (to sex) under the age of 18.

That is done so that kids hooking up with each other don't get put on the sexual offender registry as pedophiles...

Not so that 26 year olds can fuck teenagers.

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (23 children) | Copy Link

You are going to have to evidence that, not just claim it.

[–]EmirikolWoker 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Saved you 10 seconds of googling

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK -3 points-2 points-1 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

And the link proves Sininenn incorrect. Thanks, but seriously, you need to let people making claims provide their own proof.

[–]EmirikolWoker 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It takes a little navigating, but you can find the age of consent in Italy, which confirms the original claim.

You're seeming weirdly hostile concerning what is easily available information. This isn't suppressed studies showing gender non directionality in IPV, it's a pretty basic legal concept.

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It takes a little navigating, but you can find the age of consent in Italy, which confirms the original claim.

The age of consent in Italy was not the claim.

The claim was about the intent of the law with regards to the age of consent.

[–]Sininenn 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago (18 children) | Copy Link

How would you prove intent?

You can look up "age of consent in Europe" on google, there's even a Wikipedia page on it, with detailed descriptions of the countries too.

[+]FreeSpeechFFSOK -6 points-5 points-4 points 3 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link

How would you prove intent?

What does that have to do with anything mentioned?

No, telling me to find evidence of your contention is not going to fly.

I think that European ages of consent are exactly what I would expect them to be.....that anyone over that age is free to sleep with 100 year olds if they want, so long as its not necrophilia.

[–]Sininenn 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

"That is done so that kids hooking up with each other don't get put on the sexual offender registry as pedophiles..."

"You are going to have to evidence that, not just claim it."

"How would you prove intent?"

"What does that have to do with anything mentioned?"

Seems to me like you were asking me to prove the intent behind the laws being what I said, which is impossible. That's what it has to do with the mentioned topic.

"No, telling me to find evidence of your contention is not going to fly."

Then go troll somewhere else. Literally takes two seconds to Google. It is not a specific study I am referring to, or any particular research. It is easily available public information, which anyone with an internet connection can access, you included. Literally on Wikipedia.

You are free to think whatever it is you please.

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK -5 points-4 points-3 points 3 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Literally takes two seconds to Google.

So why don't you?

Seems to me like you were asking me to prove the intent behind the laws being what I said, which is impossible.

Now I understand. Look, IDGAF about the intent of the law to be honest, I care how its used in practice and how its worded. And if neither is as you say, then you are most likely wrong about the intent, aren't you?

[–]Sininenn 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

I did. Why don't you?

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK -2 points-1 points0 points 3 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

So you don't know how to post links you found...to show others exactly what you are talking about with no disparity.

You need to get your internet user level up to the year 2005 or something.

[–]Sininenn 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago* (4 children) | Copy Link

"You need to get your internet user level up to the year 2005 or something."

Says the guy who refuses to perform a simple google search and click the Wikipedia link...

[–]IndifferentImp 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That guy definitely fucks children thinking it's legal and doesn't want to search it up for plausible deniability, just leave the conversation my man its not worth it

[–]Breaker-of-circles 10 points11 points12 points 3 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Google Romeo and Juliet laws.

We got those in the Philippines too, even before age of consent was raised to 18 from 14, iirc, across the board, recently. Even back then, there were still a lot of nuanced laws that prevents an adult from diddling anyone below 18 despite the age of consent being 14 or something.

[+]FreeSpeechFFSOK -11 points-10 points-9 points 3 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Google Romeo and Juliet laws.

No. If Italy has them and they apply, you prove it.

Nobody is here is your secretary.

[–]Sininenn 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

"Nobody is here is your secretary."

Nobody here is yours either.

[–]EmirikolWoker 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Normally someone citing laws and concepts (e.g., "romeo and juliet laws") is a citation. You can then check the citations, and see if they hold up.

Or you can do what you're doing, and order other people to do it for you. At which point you might want to demand people check the checking, and so on.

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I asked for proof of the claim.

Anybody can claim anything.

I can claim that Romeo and Juliet laws apply on the moon.

Until I prove it I would expect no one to take it so seriously as to bother wasting a single second trying to prove it for me.

[–]Breaker-of-circles 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Nobody is here to stop you from being ignorant either.

[–]ReflexionSolutions 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well you won't be his secretary, he doesn't need one as he already knows what he's talking about. But if you have a doubt about what he says, you have to search for yourself. And it's not like he referenced something that you wouldn't even know where to search, googling "age of consent x country" is pretty straightforward.

[–]AdderallToMeth[S] 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Your right my bad.

[–]wakelessparabol -3 points-2 points-1 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No need to apologize. It's disgusting law that legalizes rape

[–]amakusa360 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Why is Europe like this?

[–]ExpensiveBumblebee83 -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I don’t give a fuck what you say about 14 is a normal age to have sex for a boy or a girl anyone was to touch my child at that age I would cut off there damn hands. Come on who the hell would allow that kids don’t even know what’s right for them at that age to eat much less sex where they can be manipulated and used by adults.

The world is really going to shit when you people lose your morals as to what’s right and wrong:(

[–]dw87190 -4 points-3 points-2 points 3 years ago [recovered] (6 children) | Copy Link

That's fucking disgusting. Fuck Italy

[–]MrBathroom 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

There's probably a Romeo Juliet law, it can't just be 14, no way

[–]gprime 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It is true. Spain, until recently, was 13. Many countries in Europe set it lower than you'd be accustomed to in the US or Canada.

[–]AdderallToMeth[S] 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's what I thought too but it does not appear to be the case in this situation. So laws have not caught up with the last 100 in some.places.

[–]bastiroid -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, in all EU consent laws is an age cap clause, a.k.a. Romeo&Juliet. 14 and 26 is definitely not covered by that.

[–]conradfart 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

14 in Italy is the age of consent for doing it with anone over the age of 14. The Romeo and Juliet part is that as long as no-one is under 13 and there isn't a greater age gap than 3 years no-one is getting prosecuted. So 13 and 16 would be legal, 13 and 13 would be legal and 14 and 26 would also be legal.

[–]MrBathroom 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's actually wild, I can't fathom that being legal. Jesus

[–]rotco1 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

At this point nothing amazes me.

[–]yashspartan 10 points11 points12 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

What a time we live in, where women are celebrated for being glorified prostitutes.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

it has always been like this: Sumerian religion, Bacchus and Orphic rites, Eleusinian mysteries, the crusade against Byzantium, Rome in the Renaissance, Weimar, etc. it is something that always happened, happens now and will happen

[–]Stupifythem 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

doesnt make it any less vile

[–]AdderallToMeth[S] -2 points-1 points0 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I do not see anything wrong with being an onlyfans creator if that's what your referring to.

[–]McFeely_Smackup 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

She skipped her year of birth, 2005. For obvious reasons (she is a minor, ed) the video cannot be distributed.

He or she? This article confuses genders very badly

[–]AdderallToMeth[S] 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's a poor translation Read it in a think Italian accent and it makes more sense lol. it was he who was underage

[–]ImportantSpirit4126 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Rewards? So... when women RAPE'S underaged boy it's called Reward. As a person who was sexually assaulted in their childhood this is fucked

[–]blackfiji 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There’s no way she got away with this

[–]Rude_Shock343 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Article is so poorly written I cannot tell which one is underage.

[+]FreeSpeechFFSOK -9 points-8 points-7 points 3 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

The headline put to this is utter contrived crap.

I Just saw a boy a few weeks ago...first year of junior high....he looked 20. Some other boys looked more like 10 than 12-13. So yeah, boys who look older exist, but are rarer than girls.

She says she did not know his age as she put the contract signing after. Her first time making a porn vid. This was a mistake. Plus, he volunteered for this contest whatever it was, and somehow won. And he was a subscriber.

But the headline makes it seem as if 1) she knew his age and 2) this was a simple reward rather than a contest prize.

Why no mention of rape in the articles? Because accidental rape isn't a thing. There has to be intent. If she did not know his age and he went out of his way to be there, its not her fault and there is no intent to rape. Therefore, there is no rape and she will not be charged and much the same happened to the guys who did Traci Lords before she became of age. They might have been charged, but they all got off. Charged or not is a crap shoot anyway.

There is no double standard here and this has nothing to with men's rights. It should be scrubbed and the poster reprimanded.

[–]Joe_Immortan 25 points26 points27 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Statutory rape does not require intent to have sex with someone underage

[–]Breaker-of-circles 24 points25 points26 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

If this was the same post I saw yesterday, then the boy was 17, and the issue was that the consent form was signed after they fucked or something.

Who the fuck asks consent AFTER you've already boned? Then she posts about it and says she learned her lesson. She's using this incident for exposure. LMAO!

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Who the fuck asks consent AFTER you've already boned?

Who gets a consent form at all?

All this stuff is weird and technical. It could have come down to some oddball thing like needing to get it notarized, but not wanting to 1)leave the place of filming 2) go to the notary 3) go back to the place of filming. Much easier to film then go to the notary. Lots of possible reasons.

[+]meangingersnap 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If you’re filming something for commercial purposes, you need a release/consent form

[–]ploppercan2 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You’re losing the plot.

[–]AdderallToMeth[S] 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link

She may of thought he was older but that would not hold up in court or to the general public if the genders were reversed. Intend does not matter in mostly places.

I just found out it's legal in italy but still public perception is way different. Any smart male in her position would not say a word because the backlash would be insane for good reason.

Edit: looking.up the actress you mentioned, people did get prosecuted. It was the people in charge which makes sense in this case.

[–]FreeSpeechFFSOK 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

She may of thought he was older but that would not hold up in court or to the general public if the genders were reversed. Intend does not matter in mostly places.

Traci Lords had sex with loads of people on screen while underaged and all but one of her vids were deemed child porn but were available everywhere. Nobody unaware of her age went to jail. I know of one guy who went to jail because he knew her age. He went to jail for one year.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._X-Citement_Video,_Inc.

people did get prosecuted.

That only means there were legal proceedings. OF COURSE there were! But near everyone was found innocent!

the backlash would be insane for good reason.

No backlash was ever "insane" for good "reason". That is like saying the wall was so white it was black.

And no, reversing the genders would change nothing. Either abuse happened or it didn't. Anyone who cannot see that is insane and has no good reason to act insane.

United States v. X-Citement Video, Inc

United States v. X-Citement Video, Inc., 513 U.S. 64 (1994), was a federal criminal prosecution filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles against X-Citement Video and its owner, Rubin Gottesman, on three charges of trafficking in child pornography, specifically videos featuring the underaged Traci Lords. In 1989, a federal judge found Gottesman guilty and later sentenced him to one year in jail and a $100,000 fine. The defense challenged the constitutionality of certain sections of the federal laws against child pornography, claiming they were unconstitutionally vague.

[–]EmirikolWoker 29 points30 points31 points 3 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

The double standard that lets women off easy with raping children?

If you think hard enough, you might realise what that has to do with men's rights advocacy.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

who is brooke shields? who was used in the nordic erotic cinematography from the 70's onwards? what age do the characters represent in modern american and foreign productions where at least one character is underage? what do you think of the perverse movie called Leolo? etc etc etc etc ad infinitum

I.....

....don't think I said anything against it having something to do with men's rights.

I am just observing what I see as this topic being over-posted and perhaps needing a mega thread.

Is it really this popular? Cause it seems a bit suss.

Also, there is not just one way about a double standard, whatever "rules" get made up about this topic.

[–]Greg_W_Allan 11 points12 points13 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Maybe there's a few victims of female perpetrators in the house. Your trivialisation of it may not be as welcome as you think.

Oh JFC!

THIS specific case has nothing to do with men's rights and the headline it was given is a lie.

The double standard of OTHER CASES of course concerns men's rights.
