I’m 20 I recently dropped out as well. I was going through the same thing as you, along with false accusations. I’d rather just get into trades or do freelance work. I’m not gonna support these universities, and waste my money or time on them anymore.

I never felt welcome or accepted to begin with. And the women were so heartless. Setting me up to get me kicked out, or suspended. So I’d rather just go my own path away from them, and avoid the drama.

If I was wealthy enough and didn’t have to work, I would go back to college and take social science courses like gender studies to do nothing but write papers and do presentations on why these academic fields of study are completely wrong about men. If my facts are solid and without the need to pursue a degree I wouldn’t mind being the lightening rod.

I feel you brother. Much of my experience was in female-dominated fields and it was like this in cancerous amounts.

This is what I did and it might help you: Start journaling. Specifically, write down each incident in detail. Maybe get some statements from other men on how they felt uncomfortable. Then if you ever go public with your advocacy (which is also insanely risky), you’ll have all that material..

Secondly, if you issue a complaint about it making you genuinely depressed and they don’t do anything, and you have a paper trail to prove that, maybe you could stir up some legal trouble for them, idk... just brainstorming

As the chap above suggests, work up a legal case. Some dudes are going to make wife changing money from these actions. See if it is legal to make recordings.

If other men are similarly unhappy come together for support and to work up the case.

While you are doing this figure out what you can do to move abroad. Perhaps you can teach English, or do something more profitable?

What did the principal say? and what were you trying to argue. I think if you get to discuss at personal level with the principal / dean with good arguments, his response should be reasonable or at least you could expose the hypocrisy.

Just get your education done and walk off the bullshit. The worst way they can beat you is convincing you to quit or speak out. Walk it off and get yourself in the position in life where you can do something about it. Just don't forget the experience. Document the bullshit. And when the time comes where you can vote/push legislation or whatever you can do what you have to do. Don't risk your education/career early though, establish yourself and keep your head down. You can't do anything if you get destroyed by it early. And you don't want to have your life ruined by it.

*edit this is self preservation right now, but don't forget this shit. write it down. dates, times, things said. in the future you never know when you get a chance to call the bullshit out when you aren't in a vulnerable state.

What are you studying? I did a bachelor's and a masters (both non stem) and encountered gender narratives, but relatively infrequently. Could count the times it came up really on one hand.
