Hello, I’ve tried to ask this question in other places and was shunned for “not trusting my partner” or “starting off on a negative note” but hopefully you guys can help because I just want to be realistic about my marriage.

I am getting married next week and closing on an investment property in two months. I live in Texas and the property is in Oklahoma. My partner has not paid anything towards the property but officially I will be purchasing and closing on the property during the marriage. So if a divorce ever comes up, will my partner have any claim over my property? I’m spending my life time savings on the property so want to be sure. Thank you for your help.
