So there's this boy(23M) in college he has won a singing prize against a group of girls in college.

The girl gang comprise of 7 girls, after they've lost a prize against him. All these girls hold grudges against him for making them feel like a fool for losing a singing battle.

The boy is shy, introvert, sincere & kind student. He has narrated me(21M) about the incidents happening with him from past few weeks.

Girls are constantly harrasing him by giving him back handed compliment, pushing him while walking, smacking his head lightly & when he confront them they started giggling together at him. They've taken away (read steal) his airpods frim his bag. They roast him, show him middle finger. He don't have much friends, he's not from this city, hails from a rural background in India. Neither good looking & he seems nervous all the time. I believe he've some really bad inferiority complex.

These girls have made his life hell, three days ago, I forgot my keys so I went back to the class where I found him crying, as soon as he saw me he started to hide his tears. I went to him, asked him about some of my doubts from previous lecture, then asked what happened, he narrated the whole story & break down in tears, I tried to console him even I'm not good in doing so.

He told that how these girls are harrasing him. About his dressing sense, humiliates him about his looks, body & slapped him even dozen of times. He asked them to stop doing this, later few girls have told him to file a charge against him for rape. He was constantly facing this mental torture from them. Now they've written an application to school authorities about that "boy" groping & fondling them. He has no evidence, but I do believe him. He's considering suicide as the last option.

What can he do to safeguard himself first of all?

Cause the authorities willn't listen to the man's side when a women file a complaint against men regarding Sexual harrasment.

There's a lot of things are going on his life. I don't know what to do, these girls are kinda popular in college & their parents have connections. Also these girls come from a privileged background.

What are the possible options, he can opt for. The complaint has already been registered by school authorities against him for groping four girls on different days.

On Saturday the meeting will be held & police will come in college with the chancellor of University.

What can I do to help this friend? What can he do ti save himself now?

Edit 2 : please 🙏 repost it or spread this post to find some solution if possible. Or ask your friend or any wise person what could be done. He don't have resources to hire a lawyer, so I'm not able to consider that option.
