I'm not sure if it is over, but you are definitely playing life in the extra hard mode

I would focus on things like working out to have an extremely nice body, maybe get some tips on how to improve your looks, style

It won't be easy, but it might be a way out

Edit: Try to think the other way around, anything you accomplish with this level of difficulty turns you into a fucking legend

Do what u/yetanothercommenter said. Also, this just means no relationships. Doesn't necessarily mean "no sex". You'll have to p&y for it though. Sex workers. If you don't want that, that's fine - pay for massages to satisfy the need for touch. Then spend your money on other things you enjoy.

Depends on the level.

I am 28 and diagnosed with level 1 autism. I have a successful romantic life with 5's or 6's that are thin. In the looks department I am nothing special, 5'10 and a skinny-fat of 160, required a hair transplant as I was balding.

The only specific thing that will make you doomed is a defeatist mindset. As uncomfortable as it is, push yourself in trying to seek out connections, build confidence in yourself. Simply being autistic isn't the be all end all.

EDIT: Autistic people don't sit there and eat legos all day. The amount of people saying to simply give up is sickening

I'd say so. Networking and having a social circle has never been as important as it is in today's modern society. Otherwise you just get left behind. And you only realise how alone you are once you get into your 30s and everyone around you is paired up, has kids, has a mortgage etc. And you are just watching from the sidelines alone and contemplating the meaning of life because yours hasn't gone the way 'it's meant to go'
