Double standards. It often helps to use genderless language to avoid bias. I'll lead by example. This "person" should not be taken that serious. They do highlight what the problem is though, so it's good to have such examples of the double standards in our society.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I resonate with the idea that men and women are different both physically and mentally. There's too many factors for me to explain, but you can research things for yourself. Do note that even our current academic institutions might hold a certain level of bias. Even if perfect research is done, you can still have bias. The type of research that gets done/funded is for example heavily influenced by politics and other factors. The problem goes very deep. I do not however resonate with the idea that you cannot overcome those differences between the sexes and other system-level problems. There is always a way, and the point is that we learn to work together to use each-other's strengths, mitigate each-others weaknesses and biases.

An important factor here is freedom of speech. Your speech essentially boils down to the thought that you want to share with the collective/hivemind. Limiting/stagnating this process depraves valuable and sometimes important yet painful ideas and information from being processed correctly..

Relating to the tweet: "men should not be allowed in graphic design" I am curious for the reasoning/thought behind it (if there even is one)

Personally I believe that by having a diverse workforce, you automatically overcome calibration issues related to sex/gender or other factors. I could imagine a company with mainly female graphic designers missing key details about life as a male. This would net in lower revenue and a lack of conversions for their work due to a mismatch.
