I think men should have a say in what happens when they get someone pregnant. This seems like a no brainer.

For one, we shouldn't be forced to pay child support for children we don't want if women can just get themselves off the responsibility hook with an abortion. Women have the right to abort whether the guy agrees or not. Men should have a say in what happens too.

If a man doesn't want the baby he should be able to have the mother end the pregnancy unless she objects. If the woman says no and wants to keep it despite his wishes then he shouldn't be responsible for the child support.

It is very one sided and it seems very unfair that men are basically not allowed to have a say in what happens to their own babies.

I understand that it is a tricky situation and I am of the opinion that it is better to take responsibility for your decisions instead of absolving yourself of it at the cost of ending your own child's life but I understand there are situations where it is best to abort. I think both parents should be in agreement on what happens to the baby.

I say this because I got a woman pregnant and she aborted our baby and I am very sad about it because I'd be a dad now if she had not done that. I feel like I was robbed of the opportunity to be a dad. It sucks.

Why do men have no say in the matter?
