I was reading a thread the other day

... and someone made a comment that

"If you’re drunk and commit a crime, you still go to jail. They should absolutely be held accountable."

... as this applies to rape, the argument feminists make is that if you have sex with a woman that is drunk then you don't have consent and you've raped her.

If that's the case, then why is it legal for women to drink alcohol?

It obliterates their right to consent and puts everyone in peril.

As the commenter above states, if you commit a crime while drunk you still go to jail. You're still responsible for your actions.

So it should either be illegal for a woman to drink alcohol, or they're still responsible for their actions when drunk.
