It depends on the state. A few still consider it cheating AND it will make a difference in the settlement. Most of them don't care though.

In general, the bigger issue you make of it, the more you are setting yourself for an expensive legal battle where only the attorneys win.

I was separated but living the single life. Had my own place to live and everything just trying to sort out divorce. When our divorce came up she subpoenaed my financials and two women I dated to try and prove I was using community funds. It cost $15k or so to battle over that. She got nowhere, but I gave her ammo.

I'll be honest with you. Once you've separated? The family court will view it as nothing.

She can be ridden more than Seattle-Slew, and family court won't care.

Check your state's laws on separation and divorce. It's not common, but some states still have adultery laws. There is a slim-to-none chance that it will count in divorce. No-fault is the law of the land now.

Lawyer up, hit the gym and delete your socials.

Depends on your jurisdiction/State. You're legally separated, it's a non issue.

Adultery is still technically illegal in some States. That said, it's not going to matter much if at all to a judge if she's on a dating site.

My suggestion to you is to just not, unless your lawyer thinks it'll help in your specific case.
