it's heavily on the rise. this sub is about 30% bigger than the feminism subreddit. you have things like male loneliness epidemic and also since misandry increases due to certain political movements, so does the manosphere.

Yes, the manosphere has been very popular for the past 5 or so years. But I wouldn't lump guys like TheTinMenblog with many of these other people, he's much better than most of them. A large part of the manosphere and redpill are grifters, they want followers so they can peddle their useless courses, make money from impressionable young men. A lot of the Whatever podcast is same old, repeated stuff, i.e. OnlyFans woman bad, this bimbo dumb. They purposefully bring on dumb women as guests just so everyone can dunk on them. These women don't mind, they're getting exposure and they gain more followers as a result.

It seems like not only are OnlyFans women, Twitch thots and e-thots taking advantage of lonely, impressionable young men/boys, but so are many, many manosphere and redpill content creators.

Maybe, but it's already been receiving some mainstream attention and it's been called, "dangerous", "misogynistic", "young men want to control women", "bunch of incels", etc.

Hell, zoomers were more likely than previous generations to question it. A lot of zoomer men now are questioning feminism compared to older men

I remember 10 years ago so many millennials making fun of feminism, at least on YouTube. YouTube was filled with anti-feminism and anti-sjw content. Though, it's a lot more now and more spread through other social media platforms. But then, so has the hatred of men increased. Many more gen z women talking about male vs. female gaze, icks, etc, more posters out and about mentioning how "staring at strangers is sexual harassment", etc.

Very few (if any) of what makes it to the mainstream will have any kind of depth, they cover surface level issues and often don't really understand the underlying arguments. They are the "tip of the iceberg", if you will (at best). (you'll see this with a lot of politically incorrect position)

If I may be slightly conspiratorial here... I don't believe the rise of Tate was entirely natural, he was thrust into the public consciousness and obsessed over and then accused of doing bad things, it was a classic "poisoning the well" and "guilt by association".

I think men’s rights is on the rise but nowhere near being mainstream.

Go to an education sub for example and try to address the proven problem of discrimination against boys in education and see the responses you get. You won’t get much sympathy, even if you provide credible supporting links.

None of the above. It is nice to see less opposition to men's rights concepts in general discussion, but until we start seeing legislation to change the situation we're all in it doesn't make any difference at all.

There's a huge difference between convincing the man and woman in the street that there's a problem, and convincing those in power to do something about it.
