It's sorta a Prisoner Dilemma type thing. The best thing is for neither of you to use a 'real' attorney and just agree. However, the first one to hire an attorney will get a leg up. And obviously, this is divorce, so it's a situation you should have zero trust. So you pretty much need to get an attorney.
