Just some advice you should never start with you gorgeous / sexy or any of that lines you will get a 99% rejection rate...(Reason for that because she heard that since she was born) Rather start with a opinion question or a joke you will get much further...

Ignore and avoid eye contact is the absolute worst thing you could do. Just look at her and smile every time you see her. Wave or say hi from time to time. And that’s it. This demonstrates self confidence and that you are not perturbed by rejection.

Wrong wrong wrong move. Should NEVER of complemented her. She hears that all the time. She goes to your gym, not like you won’t see her again you should of played the longer game. Should of tried to get to know her, get her a little comfortable and ask to train with her sometime. Keep it brief “i see you here a lot, maybe we could train sometime” would of been a much better approach. Approaching girls in the gym is probs one of the easiest places. especially if you train 4-6 times a week and see the same girl every time you go. all you have to do is interact with them every time “what you training etc” get to know them Rookie mistake from you. Too eager.

Look man, you did your part and you have the confidence to cold approach and tell someone they are gorgeous, so be proud of yourself.

Otherwise what to do after a failed approach. Honestly just some unrelated pieces of advice, cold approach people in situations where you are unlikely to see them again. Now you did it at your gym, and they will be a constant distraction, and you’ll try to cover up your feelings by putting a facade or some shit.

I’ll tell you this, who actually gives af. Like they rejected you, you are never going to get a chance with them anyway, so why care what they think about you. Like lol. Do whatever you want at the gym and don’t expect anything from her and you’ll be good.

Only care about those who have accepted you, not rejected you.

Ignore her. You had a bad approach, at the gym. She goes there to work out, not to be hit on, unless you're a young Arnold. If she wants to talk to you, she'll say something. But she most likely just wants to work out and get on with her day.

Don't lead with this either. Gorgeous women are a dime a dozen. Open the conversation with questions. Compliment her looks when you're getting physical with her.

There's no "best option" or "worst option". Once she said she's not interested it's best to get her out of your mind completely and focus on other people/things. Just behave in the gym like you always would. Cheers.
