You should not start asking questions about her life without first explaining why you have approached her to talk to her.
Put yourself in her shoes, imagine someone who starts asking personal questions for no explained reason. Imagine someone asking you where you live without explaining why the hell he wants to know.
It would just be weird and for a girl it can even be creepy.
So first you need to explain what you want, why you want to introduce yourself, what are your intentions, why are you talking with her. And then once she agrees and knows what’s going on then you can talk about personal stuff.
So don’t jump into saying “where are you from” or “if she works out”, without explaining her why you are asking her those questions. Because remember you are an stranger, and she has no reason to share that information with you if you don’t explain why you are there asking that.

Ok I'll put myself in her shoes but only this times I'll have some brain cells and realize if a guy comes over and smiles at me while asking a random questions and introduces himself maaaybe he's into me.
Honestly if a woman doesn't like you she'll dislike you first then find a reason after. How would she react if a tall, perfect 10 model approached her and used the same damn line? My approach wasn't perfect but it wasn't creepy. Or maybe everything is weird and creepy to a woman.

Or maybe he wants to rape her, or rob her… So, no it’s not about having more brain cells, it’s about understanding that from a woman’s perspective she feels fragile and weaker than guys in general and any random approach like that can be dangerous to her depending on the guy in question and how he behaves.
You just need to explain what you are doing and not assume she knows. Simple as that. If you don’t it just feels like you are interrogating her, or trying to get information to make a crime.
That is putting yourself in her shoes, understanding that not every random guy who approaches her has good intentions and since she doesn’t know you she can’t tell immediately if you are a good guy or bad guy, unless you explain.
It doesn’t matter how she would react to a “10 model guy”, what matters is that you learn to use what you’ve got and adapt your behaviour to that reality, since you seem to know well enough that if a girl isn’t attracted to you she can be creep out if you don’t explain what you are doing there.
It was creepy, from her perspective it was because that’s how you made her feel. It doesn’t matter if your intentions were good. What matters is the execution of those intentions.
So rather than telling yourself women are imbeciles, stupid, and bitches for not liking you and being creeped out by you, how about you shut up and learn, so that next time you won’t be as creepy in your approach and maybe get a chance at seducing then? No? Then go ahead and keep resenting women. You’ll do great

Yes cause you know allot of sexual assault happens inside a grocery store where there are cameras and other civilians around.
There is no resentment here so don't put words in my mouth thanks. You made a good point in regards to getting your intentions across in a non threatening manner. Though I could argue is she was physically attracted to me, anything I said could have been received positively.

It has happened yes. Here you have one of the many examples of a sexual assault in a grocery store with cameras and civilians around.
Here is another sexual assault in a grocery store:
And here is another sexual assault in a grocery store.
Seems like you would rather argue than learn and understand how many women feel, so that you can learn how your approach can be better received.
Your tone when talking about women shows resentment. Doesn’t need to be said with words.
Yes, and it works both ways.
If a gay man approached and hit on you, you probably would not react super positive and super happy that the gay man is approaching you and making unwanted advances in you, because you are hetero, I assume, and aren’t into that stuff. You would have shut it down quickly.
Bit if it was a woman you were attracted to, doing the same thing, then you would have welcome it.

I'm in control of my emotions and know how to take no for an answer. There is no resentment, the thing I say could be taken as a diss or an insult but it's not that deep.
Good so you agree. There's nothing more to talk about I concede.

sounds like she just wasn't interested in you. Didn't do anything wrong. I promise asking questions (which some are saying you did wrong etc) would be fine if you were totally her type. I see it every weekend! Onto the next

It happens sometime just this weekend i was at Walmart, I saw the sexiest woman I’ve seen in awhile (5’5 caramel slim thick, wide hips lotta ass young pretty face) working she was with her coworker I approached I told the girl she was cute she said thanks. She was answering my questions but her and her coworker were giving me a blank stare so I took it on the chin, said thanks for your time and left. I’ve had women completely ignore me, I’ve even had a girl that I’ve approached before yell at me, amazingly the first time we had a great conversation, she just didn’t like the age difference, 2nd approach just didn’t recognize her.
At the same time on the days that i did have a bad interaction I’ve turned around and had a great one. Oakland ne example after the Death Stare, that same hour I ran up on a girl pulling out of the parking lot and after talking to her for five minutes we were hugging and we almost kissed. Set a date for later that night.
Point is take the good with the bad keep approaching.
If you have too much bad take your ass to the gym, start dressing better

You probably came off as a creep. Tbh if you were attractive she would have shown interest because you’re right, women want to be approached but only by men they find attractive so the fact that you got stonewalled just means you’re not hot enough.

Dont compliment her, don't mention her looks at all on a cold approach, either be direct with why you're approaching or flirt indirectly is what I would say.
I try and keep this in mind : "what can I say to demonstrate attraction while not putting myself below her?"
The way you handle yourself, your look, how you approach and how you smile all play amajor role.

bye thats so funny maybe she just wanted to get her groceries in peace
[–]runaround_fruitcop 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Umm. Don't ask strangers if they workout. It implies directly you've been looking at them sexually and may creep them out in everyday situations if that's not what they're trying to do
She's just buying groceries and a guy is asking her if she works out and is uncomfortable because you're literally letting her blatantly know you're seeing her as something worth trying to get sex from.
A sexual object. So she's obviously gonna try to not engage because you creeper her out
