Alright, I assume that you have understood to the ramifications of both the short and long term and the pro and cons thereof.

If we are talking about the short term, then there are many websites for women looking to date men relatively younger than themselves for flings. To stand the best chance you will have to make the most of the attribute that the majority of these women will, in my opinion, seek out, your youth. Thus, to increase your probability for success you need to be physically fit, sexually vivacious and be mentally and emotionally ready to handle the 'emotional baggage' that may come from being in a relationship with a woman who is older than you and therefore may have more experiences in relationships of which there can either or both positive and/or negative backlash.

As for the long-term, it's a little more difficult. Statistically speaking, women want men who are their age or older and financially stable to well-off. More women at this age are more established in their careers and therefore are making more money than women and men in their 20s on average and thus would be looking for a partner who is in an equally to better financial position than herself. In addition to that after 35 women enter the phase of geriatric pregnancy, meaning that there are more probable complications with pregnancy after this age and the probabilities of complications increase somewhat linearly with time after 35 years of age. Therefore it is likely that a woman who you want to be in a long-term relationship will be more probable to either will want a child near immediately after securing the relationship or have a child or children of her own already. Each situation is it's own responsibility.

My advice for securing a long-term relationship with women 35+ is to seek to convert a short term relationship into one. In my opinion, that would be where your best chance for success would lay.

Here’s a field report for you from my experience a few months ago. I have had other close encounters with older women but nothing quite like the latest one.
