As above. Like some (NOT ALL!) of her stuff. Make sure it’s not just sexy or such but her dog/cat, family stuff, friends hanging out or work/fun times pics. Don’t act like you are just honing in on her through her IG. She is interested but will judge how you act from here as to whether she trusted you appropriately or not and if you are going to stalk/creep her or not. So use a light touch.

Mix in an occasional PM comment as well. Refer to common memories/experiences (it’s a reminder that you have a longer history not just a gym pickup one) and keep it light. After a hit when you can feel she is comfortable with you and shows obvious interest, “hey I’m going out to XXX activity on Friday/Saturday night would you like to (grab a bite???) go with me?” I put question by the food because you might not want to get that involved but it is an opportunity to talk/catch up in an environment that is conducive to conversation.

None of this is over the inking really. Just proper handling and planning to maximize your opportunity with her.
