Actually, the body is not that important. Of course not being able to walk cuz of fat wont get you anywhere, but also no need of being super ripped. Just be average. Ive had way more by success focusing on talking and body language. Body and outfit get the wow moment. Exactly 5 mins later brain and mouth start playing.
There is another part of the story. If you want to go to the club and bring girls home only for the night (and if things turn out great transform it into relationship) yes, body and looks are a must.

If you're a 29 year old with the social skills of a newborn, you have 29 years of catching up to do. Even if we put you on the accelerated course, your progress is still going to be measured in years, not months.
Mentally prepare yourself for a long process with big gaps between milestones.

Idk. I just read it and it came across as someone stroking there own ego about how hard they have worked for desirable social skills. Yes it’s hard. But No you don’t need to come into this goal with the mindset that “I’m not going to see results for YEARS”. That’s very discouraging and at the end of the day your advice is not helping him it’s almost like your gate keeping by telling him he’s years away even on an accelerated course. My opinion. How long depends on you. If you have a good vibe but are just anxious with girls then you will probably get better results faster.

I think you should read models. Obviously take it with a grain of salt but it should get the gears turning in the right direction. It also offers some good insight in mindset whenever you go want to get into it

Youtube is probably a better resource than books are. Karisma King is the one I'd recommend as he follows rsd based natural game. In my view this is much better than old school Mystery Method which is routine based game. Your better off working on yourself, not just dropping routines. But, you can read Mystery's book for overall info. It's good to give you an idea of what game is like. Just google "Mystery Method pdf" and it should just show up.
You can also look for the rsd programs which are only available on the dark web. Hotseat at Home and Pimp are the two main programs to learn from. You won't need anything else if you get those. Mystery Method book combined with those 2 rsd programs is all you will need.
With that said, your best bet is to get out to a big city, find some wings, and immerse yourself in approaching over a weekend or a few weeks. You will learn alot more doing that than reading anything. Also, game theory will make alot more sense after you are approaching.

Who knows. Rsd could have created these programs downloadable so their teachings wouldn't be lost. But, they decided they weren't going to teach game anymore due to cancel culture. So, they are self help now. That's why these programs aren't available for purchase anymore. You can find owen cook, julian blanc, and jeffy as they all have youtube channels. Its mostly self help, but its alot of the same concepts. They just sugar coat it so the masses won't try to cancel them.
But, the old programs are out there, you just have to look for them. Use google. That's what most people are doing these days.

Don't you think there is a correlation between a persons confidence and how they perceive their appearance? I feel like "ugly" men probably have low self-confidence and "hot" guys have higher self-confidence because they think its all about looks. Personally I believe the male brain primarily determines attraction based on physical appearance while the female brain is more nuanced and focuses on a man's behavior, looking for the kind of man that is most likely to find success in the world, be a good protector, and a good provider. Basically, a confident man.
Looks just get your foot in the door. Its like having a great opening line, but its not everything. There are hot guys that have ugly girlfriends because they are still too scared to approach hot girls. They emit low self-esteem and neediness, and no matter what you look like that is going to turn a girl off.
