It's easier to just ghost someone, rather than making some fake explanations and facing unconvenient reaction. You should make the girl eager to get to know you, if they are turning down your invitations eventually that usually means that your connection and attractiveness is too shallow to make an effort for them to go on a meeting with stranger.
