How do you cold approach respectfully?

I’m trying to get into cold approach because I’m plainly tired of dating apps, which don’t work for me. And I’m working a job where I don’t have a social circle to bring girls into my life. And there’s no “cool” stuff going on in my area, apart from a local college which I have absolutely zero connection to.

So how can I go about cold approaching, but respectfully?

I have all the basics covered like not dressing like or smelling like a bum.

But socially from what I’ve seen it’s a thin line to cross between cold approaching and creeping out a woman by making her uncomfortable.

I don’t want to be that creepy guy or end up on tiktok somewhere getting shamed.

Pretty much aiming to do this in public, around town, maybe at a mall or something. Just a public area where women frequent.
