So i decided to search her on Instagram and get to know more about her.

Next time, you meet a girl. Ask her on the spot for her contact information. I'm not saying that it's wrong to search for their names and add them, but it's less attractive when you don't do it in person

So i texted her yesterday night about 22:00 but had to wait till morning 9:00 to reply back with two short messages. She apparently also liked both of my messages with this 😂 emoji .

You displayed way to much interest, way to fast. Now she knows you like her, but you barely know her. (And depending on if your sister didn't say that her brother asked about you, which is more than likely the case). You pretty much, game over, yourself. You search her on Instagram, you message her indirectly, you asked your sister about her, you told her you liked her. This is moving way way too fast. Learn to slow down

Don't message her again. Wait until you see her in person. Instagram is a tough game. Try not to like every post, maybe once every 3 days. Don't comment on her selfies. Post pictures of you hanging out with other people (make sure that they are girls in the video).

I don't know about you but I'm hardly ever near my phone. 23f here. I turn on "do not disturb" after about 9pm and don't respond to any message if I have them until about 9/10am the next day - throughout the day, I'm actively working and don't have time to check every 20 minutes, I'd base your response more on the content of the message rather than the time it took her to write.

You sound little needy. I am OK with women taking hours or a day to reply back to me. One I was dating recently took about a day to reply but our hangouts are amazing. Her taking a long time to reply doesn’t necessarily mean disinterest. Some people have busy lives

That's nothing for a girl you barely know. A decent rule of thumb is to wait 24 hrs for new girls to respond. After 24 hrs, send ONE follow up text. If there's still no response after another 24 hrs, move on, she's not interested.

brother, the way you phrase your question makes me assume that you are from India.

Please read the sub more before you ask cookie cutter questions like this. India is a bit more conservative sort of country in the suburbs and things get really exciting in the metro cities and so things can get out of hand really quick, so you need to calibrate a little bit.

But something tells me with your sort of hurry, you will not stop before you make an ass out of yourself; Both before the lady and your sister,which'd make your sister really uncomfortable as she becomes the butt of a joke for the next millennia in their common friend circle, so the risks are very tangible(Hey, this is India) . And the reward is something that you would not get with the sort of neediness you have.

conservative or not, women interested in you reply with a reciprocated enthusiasm, and if that does not happen ie if they are busy with something important, then they let you know that and reschedule the whole texting thing. It is never two low effort emojis and then zoning out.

please don't think you can win this with some sort of clever texting trick, that never happens unless you really have something of substance to say. We cannot bargain attraction.If you have to practice this, try on other women, never shit where you eat, most importantly family members eat.
