I would just send her casual friendly messages and go for some other girl. You can still be friends with her. The friend zone is a myth. 2/3rds of relationships start between friends, and the more females you have in your social circle, the more women you meet that will be interested in you. When women see that you have female friends, they’re more likely to see you as an option.

So just be friends with this girl but don’t let yourself focus on her. If she’s interested in you she’ll make it obvious. Chances are good she realizes you like her. Just leave it be until she makes up her mind one way or another, and continue being friends with her - because you guys barely met and most women take time to develop a real attraction to someone.

Don’t participate in head games. If you think you’re getting mixed messages just back away and look for other girls.

This is easy. You were too direct on two points. 1) You told her you liked her. That killed the sexual tension that could have built up between you. 2) You burdened her with your feelings too soon and put her on the spot which made her uncomfortable. Women need to be warmed up emotionally as well as physically. You saying I like you so soon is like fucking her while she’s dry. Pretty uncomfortable. Let her admit her feelings first, always.

When a girl says she has a boyfriend it most likely means shes rejecting you. Girls cant just say no because they’re weaker than men and it puts them at risk. I feel like its because you said you like her, once a girl knows that, she can play hard to get all she wants. Just because a girl says she is single doesn’t mean she’s is single and just because a girl says she has a boyfriend doesn’t mean she has a boyfriend. Why? Because believe it or not, sometimes girls lie about those things.

If you take a number and she doesn’t even know why you wanted her number it means you are already fucking up, the girl should know before you take her number that you are flirting with her and desire her before you ask for her number.

The key thing here is that she shut you down, she said she has a boyfriend so don’t have any hope, move on.

Beat you can be is take a step back and stop being needy, basically take it or leave it attitude. And if she says she want to hang out say you’re busy but willing to reschedule. If you’re the only one initiating, then it’s a lost cause.
