I've managed up to 10 girls easily.

The key is just to be completely open about the situation and don't worry about trying to keep anyone around.

If a girl is fine with the amount of attention you're willing to give her then she'll stay, if she isn't then let her be free to leave.

If you make compromises you don't really wanna make and stretch yourself thin that will only lead to resentment which won't be good for anyone.

If a girl is unhappy with the situation and you let her leave knowing you'll never truly be willing to give her what she wants then at least she'll have the opportunity to find someone else who could give that to her.

The fact that you're completely open about it also means you can easily say, "Oh I can't, I'm hanging out with a different girl on Sunday." and she'll either know not to demand your time or she can leave if she isn't happy with that.

Don't be afraid to reiterate the terms of the relationship too and always let her know that you're not forcing her to accept anything and that she's free to leave if at any point she's no longer happy with the set up.

If a girl gets particularly attached and you have to break it off to avoid hurting her too badly then at least be there to talk it out with her and let her unload whatever she needs to unload.

I did that with one of the girls who got attached to me when I was cutting ties with all the girls I saw to commit to my current girlfriend and she went through a range of emotions from pretending to not care to being bitchy to crying to just asking me questions about everything around the situation.

I just sat there and gave her all the time she needed. When she was done, it was done.

So be completely open about the situation, don't force anyone to stay, and if you have to break things off with one that got attached let her work through the initial shock with you.

One thing I can say is if they're unhappy with your priorities and where they stand with you, make it known that you're good if they don't want to talk or meet up anymore. You control the relationship (or lack of) and I think your moving correctly.

Would appreciate any tips on how to keep my 'harem'

One thing I do is whenever I'm doing other things, is I send them all the same message/pics and memes. If I'm jogging at the lake, or taking a swing at the golf range, or my cat does something cute.. whatever.. they all get the same pic/text.. as an aside.. its fun to see how they all differently reply...

I never was able to manage 3 or more. 2 was manageable but 3 seems to be the magic number to make it all fall apart. Not sure why, it just is.

Had this problem years before. At that moment I believed to have reached expert level cause dating multiple girls at the same time looked like a RSD instructor life. What was I wrong, LOL!

Long story short. I'm dating around 7 girls now and still seeing other girls. Having no problems to manage this.

The magic bullet (some of you will get this bad reference lol): Always be ready to walk away and realize that there is always someone else who can take their place.

Everyone I'm dating knows that I have an extremely busy life. But it happens occasionally that one of the women will ask for more private time or to be exclusive. My reply (that most of the time comes after a few days) is more or less always the same: To be honest I don't have much free time due to business and social life. Unfortunately this is not going to change soon. So I can understand if you want quit us dating. If so, lets just remain friends! And otherwise lets hang out soon.

80% remain. 20% leave.

End of story. Never really care about the reply cause even the girls who chose the 'friends option' remain in my life. But it becomes more like a FWB situation.

Oh and now I think about it. I only take two different girls with me on vacation or to restaurants. The others ones I just see at home. Sometimes I meet all of them in one month. Sometimes I don't.

I personally hate going out and about with women.

Stop taking girls out in public. Or not as much.

Stop having girlfriends, demote them to FWB, or better yet, only plates that you never go out in public with.
