This actually makes me feel better, ive been being a bitch lately because I’m losing my hair and it has had a serious impact on how I feel about myself in public especially.

I used to consider myself a pretty good looking guy, but lately haven’t felt that way.

Anyways like you said, that fear is probably mostly in my head.

I had some girls at a bar I assume we’re trying to use me to buy them drinks, but one of them made a comment that she went up to me because she thought I was hot and I immediately blew her off and said, yeah sure sarcastically.

They may/may not have been using me, but my instant response really showed me how I view myself and that has the biggest impact.

When I was a better looking guy I had plenty of girls leave me for someone I considered less attractive so I don’t think looks are everything

I totally get this. Never had an issue getting a girl’s number or making plans. First impressions were and are always easy with me. My issue is meeting up. Especially cause I can’t drink or do drugs, and have to watch what I eat, can’t even smoke a lil weed (messed up stomach, long story). So when I make plans I’m usually like “fuck she’s gonna wanna go get wine or go eat or some shit like that” lol. I know I can fake it till I make it in the beginning but I’m not charming enough to be exciting normally or hold a convo longer than 30min ish tops😂.
