She approached you, that's already a sign of interest there. The fact that you don't know how interested she is, is a sign of where you went wrong. You were so shocked she showed some interest that you didn't know how to respond. Stop treating it like it's a big deal - that kinda thing can and should happen all the time.

She was curious about you, the right way to respond to that is to reciprocate. If she's interested, she'll play along, maybe do something different just to see how you respond. And if the vibe feels right, you escalate a little, like suggesting you get a drink or get her number.

Talking to the opposite sex is kinda like a tennis match. Somebody serves, the other person responds, and on it goes. The trick is to make the ball of the conversation go where you want it - then you can anticipate what the other person will do.

You don't have to figure this out all at once, the trick is to slowly push out of your comfort zone and give yourself permission to make mistakes, because that's how you learn. The lesson from this is take advantage of the opportunities she gives you. Test the waters, and take initiative - because girls like that and rarely if ever will lead you into the bedroom from start to finish.

Honestly, it doesn't matter today. What I would do is plan to get coffee after the next session, then if you see her you can mention that you were going to get a coffee later, and ask if she'd like to come. If she's interested she'll say yes, or "I can't today, but..." at which point you get her number to set up another time. If she isn't, she'll just say she can't.

Nah, she was just really interested in making you aware of how young you look. There are people like that, they entire agenda is just approaching strangers and make comments on their looks like that.

Yep. Like everyone else says, next time you meet ask her for her number and suggest you do something soon, coffee, drinks, whatever, when it feels natural. And don't feel bad if she rejects you. Don't waste your time with someone who's not interested in you. Attraction is not a choice. Consider it good practice.

Yeah man you missed out, I made the same mistake a couple weeks go quite similar to yours, where I was speaking to this girl and I didn’t end up getting her number. I kicked myself after it, but go for it next time. I mean there is a chance you may see her again but you gotta take your chance. Learn from these mistakes brother, we got nothing to lose!

Here's what I would have done. Learn more about her. Maybe comment that it's so busy this time of day, normally in the mornings it's better, ask if this is when she usually works out. She was undoubtedly interested since she asked you that. So you could have just said, "I gotta finish up my last few sets so I can get out of here on time. But we should talk more. We should get a drink or something." And then when she agreed, gotten your phone out and asked what her number is.

stock up on frozen fruit,yogurt and hemp hearts. find a good smoothie recipe and FFS own a blender. if she talks to you again ask her if she wants to go for a smoothie after workout. if you can't figure the rest out join a monastery.
