I remember as a kid and teenager I didn't know how to smile nicely or thought I was incapable of having such an attractive smile, it would bug me especially with photos and I hated them for that reason. It made me afraid of social interaction. At around the age of 16 or so I noticed that I could manipulate my ordinary smile in a way that looked attractive and I basically started "faking a smile" whenever I needed to. It eventually got to a point where I didn't even have to think about forcing my self to fake the smile anymore it just happened.

Now 19 I get many compliments from people saying I have such a good smile :) even though it started off as me faking, goes to show there is no real difference between the two because the way in which we smile is a habit and habits can be changed.

Realize that you have the power to define your habits therefore you have the power to define yourself.

Find your smile and make it reality :)
