You need to set a goal on how much you get turned down every day- that what you are outcome independent when you approach girls.

When you have the mindset of "probably gonna get shot down," it'll relieve some anxiety and free your mind up to have some fun with it.

Why are you positive you're going to get rejected? You're choosing for her. Let HER make that decision, don't reject yourself before even giving yourself a shot.

How can you be so positively sure that she is going to reject you? That mentality is preventing you from taking chances.

Ask her. The worst that can happen is that she says no. Is that really that bad?
