Valuable stuff. Great read that's easily parsed, particularly the Objective-Exercise lists. "You are the prize." Does your help line see a lot of activity?

How much of this mentality would you say is impacted by the gender dynamic (i.e. males generally pursue females)? You mention the filtering process through seeking desired attributes in women (actively engaging their qualification as opposed to self-qualifying), but what about other aspects?

Well-written and well-structured article. Focused on changing mindset based on series of actions/exercises rather keep sayin "think like this, don't think like that". Kind of similar to what Mark Manson does in his books and online courses. I think this is the future of pickup. If we could look at pickup community in a couple if decades we would be able to see more of this kind of material rather than gimmicks and lines and I definitely think would see more involvement of psychology as these are all psychological issues at the end of the day.

Good stuff, but 90% of it is pure looks. A girl who is a 9 will usually have a guy whose a 9. 5s with 5s and so on. Just look around. Most couples are within one or two points of each other. It's good to learn all this stuff but if you are a 5, don't think you are getting a 9.
