Without the issues you could go to a bar and smile at every guy who is attractive and go home with whoever comes and talks to you if they seem keen. Have you tried Tinder or a dating site? Something like that may even allow for a some honesty. Also just being blunt can go a long way. If you're even moderately attractive just explain what you want and what your looking for. I would disagree with seeing a psychologist, it just seems like it would be an expensive way for someone to over analyze the shit out of situation that could potentially open up a new can of worms. Focus on the solution not the problem. Also the more interaction you have with the opposite sex the better. Just one thing to note; if you feel like you have some personal issues like depression and anxiety, don't 100% count on sex fixing that. Have you tried exploring more, from a pschological perspective, about why men intimidate you? Could it be something that happened in your childhood? Have you tried seeing a psychologist?

Even if you do find a guy within a week he may feel you are not comfortable with him and then the sex will be totally awkward, boring, or non-existent. Is this what you want your first sexual experience to be like? Probably not I assume :)

Once you figure out why you feel this way around men you'll be able control it or potentially get rid of it completely.

Realistically speaking, you COULD just go up to almost any guy, request sex, and get it over with. However, you will probably have the same issues I described in my 2nd paragraph.

Do you have his number? If so, send him a text and invite him to your room to "study", "watch a movie", or because you're "lonely". When he gets there, undress and hand him a condom. He should get the picture.

Hey, 22 y/o University student. You're in college so joining clubs/organizations is a great way to meet people. The good thing about clubs is that there are plenty of people that are also looking to socialize/hook up. As far as I've noticed, the officers in clubs are forced to socialize all the time, so they can help you out too, you just have to force yourself to go out.

As far as the introverted part, I used to be like that too (but maybe not to the same degree as you). I spent a lot of time watching people that had qualities that I thought were cool and I did some experimenting/imitating with how they acted or the way I wanted to be and it gradually got better.
