So basically you have to make quick eye contact with everyone you pass by? As someone with social anxiety this seems quite terrifying, but will definitely give it a try and hope it helps. Thanks in advance.

I found my "song" or "songs" in this case to pump me up before I had class with this girl that I've been crushing on and finally got her number. The songs are Can You Take Me, Summer Town, and Tattoo of the Sun, all by Third Eye Blind, with the main one being Summer Town.

Having eye contact with everyone you meet in public and just saying "Hi" or "Hello" surprises so many people.

I also noticed so many people looking to the ground when you pass them, don't know if I did this before myself.
