A few week ago I was at that level that I couldn't talk to a beautiful girl for more than 10 seconds. But now I can.

What I did was not some "man up", "learn to have a conversation" or "how to approach someone". It was simply, act like you have confidence. That feeling when you say "I got this" to someone and you got that half smile and maybe nodding a bit. Remember that exact feeling, just say it again and again in your head a few times so you know how it is.

Now, do you own thing. Go to the gym, go shopping, go to school. Whatever public thing you do. When you walk around alone, focus on this one "feeling" that you can do anything. Keep you head high, don't look down on the ground to avoid eye contact. But start to look at people, get their eye contact(only for a brief 3 seconds max). Nothing matters when you focus on this feeling.

Its been about 3 weeks since I started and I don't have to think so hard about it now. But your gonna see result as long as you do it. Not after 3 weeks but maybe a day. Get used to it.

What also helped is that I found a song that gave me this confidence feeling whenever I was listening to it in public. Not a song that gets you pumped up or some addicting song. But it gets you the feeling that your not afraid of anything. For me it was this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlYbDjwBe2Y( Tove lo - Talking Body). May not work for you but it did for me. I had to listen to it a couple of times before I liked it. When I was listening to this song, and got eye contact with a girl, I got the feeling that she was attracted to me. This is what you want. That feel, without consciously thinking about the "I got this" feeling.

Anyways, this worked for me. Its just an experience tip that you could try out. If you already passed this stage then of course its not for you. Its not a hard thing cause you dont have to take big steps as to approach someone. But it helped me get more confidence to remove the over-thinking of "what happens if I do this and that"
