A couple of assumptions that are incorrect and bullshit in that video:

You don't need to "prove" confidence to her. If you buy into this idea, you're assuming that you aren't good enough. You don't need tricks or gimmicks like "The Question Game," to get at her. You fake it until you make it, but don't get into this whole "proving" bullshit or your chances will go down.
You don't need to "make the conversation sexual." At ALL. If you want things to be sexual, MAKE MOVES. Escalate physically, as in with your body. You don't need to "talk dirty," and doing so can actually make it harder to have actual sex.
You don't need to play some "Question Game." Just have a real conversation. Ask her a question. Then PAY ATTENTION to her when she speaks. This may seem intuitive, but some guys muck it up by starting to think about what they want to say, while she's speaking. Don't do that. Actively listen. Then when she stops listening, you can think of your answer. Draw from what she just said. Ask a question or make a statement about it.
I can't say this enough: YOU ARE FINE THE WAY YOU ARE. You don't need to hide what you are. If you walk into that date assuming you're not good enough, you won't be and she'll pick up on the lack of confidence.

Experience is nothing. Attitude is everything.
Study up on sex. Sexual positions, the location of the g-spot and clitoris, female orgasm types, male orgasm types.... know your own Point of No Return before you ejaculate.

Was my answer when I was a virgin. If they asked how many girls I'd slept with I'd say "None silly, my wiener is too small!" or something like that.

I wouldn't lie about it, but if it's a source of insecurity for you, just dodge the question and don't think about it. Ideally, you shouldn't be insecure about that though.

You have two options.

A) Fake it til you make it and lie about it, although it will probably become abundantly clear that you don't really know what you're doing.

B) Tell her you are a virgin, but act in a way and say it so that it is completely unbelievable to her. When girls ask me how many girls I've fucked if I don't tell them my roundabout number, I'll tell them I'm a virgin.

She probably won't ask you that directly, its more likely to be a variant of how many girls have you slept with, providing the date goes well.
