face wise you look actually look completely fine, but honestly you do give of a bit of a 'miserable' vibe. A vibe has more to do with how you carry yourself as opposed to how you actually look.

i think lifting weights will help with confidence, it'll naturally increase your testosterone and give you something to dedicate your time to. learn to love yourself.

Your looks aren't the issue. This isn't no feel good shit I'm just saying. You really look fine, but you look so gloomy in your pics. The only thing lacking is your energy. There's no reason why you can't get girls.

If you've gained weight you should really fix that.

Go to the gym and eat correctly. Yes, looks certainly matter. No you don't have to look like channing tatum.

But don't be tricked into thinking game by itself will get you laid. You do need to be attractive, judging by your face you are not ugly so get the rest of your body in shape, eat well, dress sharp AND work on your game.

I can sort of relate to you, and I've gained weight too recently, I feel the lack of a girlfriend or not getting laid has really hindered my motivation for exercising/working out

It's right that looks won't determine if you will get your dick wet. But it doesn't hurt to make the job easier. Also looks matter a lot beyond dating - always remember that.

First get your hair together. Its not good. Google "face shape" online and figure out your face shape. I think it is heart but you should check yourself. After that find hairstyles that go well with your face shape and go to a good MENS barber.

I repeat - MENs barber. Not the shitty hair trimmer down the block that charges you 5 bucks. Its much more worthwhile to spend what you would on drinks for a girl on a badass haircut that makes your job easier. Also facial hair - grow a proper stubble.

Start dressing better. Get a cool watch, leather mens bracelets and clothes that fit.

Start lifting and eating better. For most men, dropping to 10 or 8 body fat is like chiseling for them a new, better face. Even if you don't lift, you HAVE to uncover the sharp jawline momma nature gave to you.

Also start to dress better. You don't know what an affect a sharp dressed men has on people including but not limited to women. Even the chad thundercocks dress like shit so dressing sharp is a significant advantage.

Do all this and you are already above 90% of the competition. You want to get fucked? Get to fuckin workin.

For some reason I feel that you're posting all these pics on here to get some cheap compliments/reassurances. I hope that's not the case (cuz then you've a lot more to work on).

Regardless, you're stuck with the face you have; you can't exactly "improve" it. Things like facial hair and good haircut will make a good difference in your neatness but won't make significant differences in your innate looks.

And in any case, you feel hopeless because you base your self-esteem on a shallow thing like looks (that IMO is your biggest problem); you'd live a far more fulfilling life if you focus mostly on your character and base your self-esteem on it. Read 6 Pillars of Self-Esteem for more info on how to do exactly that.

I've coached tons of men with meeting women.. believe me dude, looks are 100% not your issue.. you need to work on core confidence and mindset around dating/women.. it takes time and its not easy to shift your mentality, get rid of negative beliefs and build positive ones.. but its totally worth it cause once you do just that, then I guarantee you'll be able to meet cute chicks all the time!

I'm starting to be convinced that this is not true. Sure, looks can help, but there's more to attracting someone than looks. I'm a decent looking guy and I have been hitting the gym lately, but despite that, I see other associates of mine bagging cute women. One thing I noticed about the two guys in particular that I'm referring to is that they're very social. They're the ones springing up conversations with random people. One is not very tall, has a fat stomach, and has a hot gf. The other one is pretty hideous and skinny, lives with his mom, but his gf is cute.

Anyway, you're not as bad looking as the latter guy I mentioned but you're probably not as social as he is. Idk what your personality is like, but if you're not very social, focus on your fitness and style. You may not have all the right lines for the ladies but they'll overlook it if you have bulging biceps.

It's not even about that though. What it is is that you need to offer something that is rare. If you look average with an average job, average height, average weight, average salary, house, car, etc. there's not a huge incentive for women to be interested in you. You have to provide something that makes you stand apart from the rest.
