What up? 12 year veteran of PU here. Started as an 18 year old AFC, now a 30 year old with a fantastic girlfriend (soon to be fiance) who has been able to pick up scores of women. I think as a former-AFC who had good personal qualities but also some serious obstacles I can help out any people who need advice. I have been meaning to write up a post that is as succinct as possible with easy-to-read bullet points outlining what I think it takes to become the man you want to be, so that you love yourself (#1) and women will love you (#whatever cuz once you have #1 you will have everything.)

TLDR - work on yourselves, if anyone wants some 1-on-1 advice and tips from a guy who lost his virginity at 21 to a girl he didnt like, but ended up sleeping with tons of increasingly attractive women including a tv model, hit me up! Happy to help out some of the younger cats who want to go from Scrub to Beast.

I hear lots of complaining there are no experts that ever post here. I'd say im pretty much there although we all have our strengths and weaknesses. If not an "expert" im definitely a grizzled veteran lmfao.

Also, not everything works for everyone, to paraphrase Bruce Lee “Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”
