I see this all the time... girls want a guy that lives an interesting life.

Look, if you start chasing what "girls" think is an "interesting life," you're fucked. I mean, what's "interesting" to one girl could be boring to another.

F--- that. You don't want every girl. So why turn your life into a commercial for the lowest common denominator of girls you might not even want?

Figure out what kind of life you want. Take into consideration what you want in a girl. Think about what you want, and thank about what things a girl you think you want, would want.

Would you be happy being the kind of person who is the guy those girls would want? Seriously consider this because if you try to be someone you don't want to be, just for a girl, it won't be long before you hate your life and probably girls and people in general.

Don't believe me? Stick around. Lurk. There are at least a handful of posts on this sub every month from guys just like you, a few months or a few years down the road after they try to become every thing to every girl.

It isn't pretty.

I work out at the gym almost everyday, do yoga, have a great job, live in the city, am working on a startup and try to go on trips every so often.

Do whatever makes you happy. F--k trying to please this vision of a woman you have in mind. Do yoga because YOU want to do it. If you wouldn't want to do it if it were all guys were there, find something else to do.

Etc.

What else should I be doing ? Anything that is a sure fire way to generate attention?

You are trying to please people with your life. That drives people away, this whole philosophy of wondering if people are attracted to your life and what can you do to interest them.

It's the wrong attitude. Attraction is a two way street. The "sure fire" way is to live your life. Sure, choose some activities you like that allow you to socialize with mixed groups of people, including women, but don't try to build your life around that. You'll become bitter.

Make your life something you enjoy and then just ask people to hang out. You don't even need some interesting life to get started. You're making it out as if you need to arrive at some magical destination of a life before you're even allowed to date.

Gotta agree with both responses - the important thing is to do what you love and love what you do.

If you're going through life having a blast and loving it, then it doesn't matter if it's interesting or not, people will want in on the fun you're having.

Don't chase an interesting life that's silly, it's kind of like the classic rule to not pretend to be someone else for women. Just find things you are passionate about and love them, some girl will find them interesting and you guys will be an actual match not fake.

Your life is interesting. So stop trying to attract girls who don't find it interesting. Most guys on this sub try to impress girls who wouldn't jive with them anyway. I am pretty sure there are a handful of girls that right now at this very moment find you and your life interesting.. Focus your energy on them.
