I don't know why but I've noticed that after matching on dating apps like tinder, bumble and hinge, the fastest way to get unmatched is trying to get to know more about them. Only when I type stupid ludicrous stuff do I get the longer conversations, even first dates. But that's not me. I hate pretending. I hate having to play some macho guy that's a bit selfish seems to be all thedesire and rage these days.

But usually trying to be nice and genuine gets the worst results. For example, if she studies at a university and asking what in, how she finds it... NOPE. Don't do that, instant unmatch. If she's just moved countries and asking how she finds it here and why she's moved... NOPE. Don't do that, instant unmatch. Asking more about one of her hobbies that she's listed or has in her pictures, like being a professional diver. NOPE. Don't do that, instant unmatch.

So what's the fucking deal? Am I meant to always just be an arse and behave like a fuckboy in texts? Do I ignore anything unique and personal about her and just hit up "putlocker and chill?" Cause otherwise being genuine and getting to know the person so far has gotten me the fastest unmatches consistently. I always read that women hate fucboys and men who aren't interested in HER but so far it seems like being interested IS the turn off.

Where do I go from here? Getting matches is already a rare thing and to have them last so short I've no idea if I'll ever have the time to ever find someone.
